Do you offer refunds?

Yes! Refunds are offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If there are any issues with the product simply email sugarplum@marshmallowpops.com and report the problem, please include receipt of purchase and add photos, we will look into it and if it's our mistake we will reimburse the order (reshipment/refund). We don't ask to ship the products back to us and don't exchange sizes, as the products are custom made.

 

How much time from purchase does a user have to request a refund?

You have up to 28 days from the date you received your order. 

 

Method of refund

If it's our mistake we will reimburse the order (reshipment/refund). Refunds will be made to the same form of payment used. At this stage we don't exchange sizes, as the products are custom made.

Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Charges

Costs will be covered for shipping and reprinting upon an agreed mistake made by our manufacture or carrier.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

At this time, we don't exchange products for colour / sizes, as the products are custom made. If you’re unsure which size would fit best, please check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store.
